Anyone know of anywhere I can park and sleep in my car overnight near Cwmcarn? There is a campsite nearby but they require booking quite far in advance. I'm looking for somewhere that doesn't require pre booking.
There is a camp site at Cwmcarn, just beyond the Visitor Centre.
Telephone 01495 272001. It's quite small though so you may have to take pot luck if you want to just turn up.
I'm pretty sure people were staying overnight this weekend (and previous weekends) as i know a few of them had campers and were doing back to back riding days. I don't know the 'rules' but they were deffo there for multiple days.
The campsite only allows proper camping (tents, camper vans etc) they said I can't just sleep in my car. And it required booking in advance.
I want to just head off there after work one day if the weather is good so I won't know I'm going till that day.
