[Closed] Overexposed crash site bleaklow moor anyone been there

As any-one been up to the crash site of the superfortress at bleaklow (shealf moor)as I with a few work mates where going to take a walk up there to see it after watching country tracks last week was amazed at what was still there after all these years

Bleaklow is... erm... bleak. Nice if you like bleak.

Well going to go up there never even heard about the crash site till last week supposed to be quite afew over the moors

I've been up there a couple of times and it is well worth a visit. Very spooky.

I keep meaning to visit the B17 crash site on Cheviot.

Thats what I mean seen the pictures cannot believe that after all these years there is so much wreakage to see and it looks so as you put it spooky this is why I need to go there to see it with my own eyes and also over towards james thorn not far from where the superfortress site is is where a dakota and a lancaster crashed

I've been up there. Some of it was under snow at the time but was amazing to see nonetheless, definitely recommend it!
