I have recently started with a new company, that has the smallest size limit for Outlook. I can't archive fast enough, and I have about 15 projects all running at the same time!
Is there a way to dump new mails into categories or tasks?
Will this keep mail off my server allocation?
All, totally locked down, so administrative functions are out 😯

you can create a local folder(s) and move all the stuff there.
As long as your local pc is backed up you'll be fine.
