I've got an email account for a website I admin, hosted through SiteGround. Have got the account setup on Outlook for Mac, but it's really temperamental. An email came in yesterday, viewable on webmail, at about midday. It only appeared in Outlook this morning. Outlook also doesn't load emails I have filed in folders, even though it shows the folders.
I feel like there's something in the settings that might be wrong, but not sure where to look. Any ideas?

outlook on mac is a steaming pile. Use an alternate mail client.

Why not just stick with webmail? It's what I do.
