It says best before, so go for it. It just might have lost some of it's taste, but since corned beef tastes like dog food to start with, I don't think that is an issue.

Open it, smell it. If it smells ok, get it necked. It's cured beef, it was designed to be long lasting 🙂

wasn't there a news report a while ago about a can of corned beef that was 50 years old (from some rations from 2nd world war) and still edible?
