Had a stag do at the weekend at an activity centre nr torquay. We had a quad bike safari and after was a lap challenge..

These quad bikes were actually pretty pokey. I decided to take the lap nearly flat out.. came around the last corner at around 35mph and the front wheel dug into the gravel and flew me off whilst the quad bike rolled past me.

very, very lucky. i've pulled the tendons in my shoulder and can't lift my arm very high without it hurting like hell.

What a ruddy idiot!

If you wait until the bruises come out properly and start to fade they should fully colour coordinate

idiot status is confirmed by being within a few miles of eastern dartmoor and not spending the afternoon on a mountain bike.

any shenanigans involving a quad bike are superfluous

Have you had your shulder all checked out properly? I thought I had pulled a tendon or two and found out I had caused major damage to my nerve to my shoulder muscle.

well there was a chiropractor at the stag and he said there wasn't bone damage and that it felt like tendons

I don't know whether to go and see a physio now or doctor for referral?

It's very painful to lift in certain positions
