Hi all,
My shower in my rented place runs off my boiler. I dont have a full shower every day (exczma) so alternate. Average shower is 4 minutes and twice in that time it will go cold (pressure is always fine) and then come back to hot. It runs off the boiler, had no issues with it previously and been here since March. If theres a simple fix great but if theres not Ill go through the lettings agency!

Possibly the heat exchanger in the boiler is fouled up with gunk / Limescale and it's overheating and cutting out. Wife's house had exactly the same problem.....
