My back seems to have thrown itself into a protective position meaning my hips are sitting significantly over to one side cf my shoulders and legs (!)
I was away from home when it happened so visited an osteopath who told me about the above - he told me to go find a cranial osteopath when I got back home.
I've been recommended a sports physio on deeside, just wondering if anyone knows of one on t'wirral? Also, any thoughts on relative merits of physio v. Osteopath?
Thanks.
Chin up Rich I know how much you suffered in the past with your back

Physio = fully trained and qualified healthcare professional with at least a degree. Under peer review and licensed by their professional body.
Osteopath = charlatan. The use of osteopathy is not always based on science, and there is little evidence that osteopathy is effective in treating any medical condition.
