The public can submit camera footage of 'witnessed driving offences', the same sort of intiative as available in other areas of the UK, but now covering the whole of Wales. I've read complaints about about incidents being ignored or insufficient action taken, but is this a good thing to have?

At first glance the website looks very good. FAQ is concise and unbiased, there's even a point about cyclists.
So what do we all think?
