Whilst looking for some .gov website info, I came across this site:

What an 'awful' site, that seems to be proud of it's publicity, however negative and damming!
I wonder if people actually use these in real life situations?!

That's only for 7 days, imagine if there's going to be 2 weeks of unbroken sunshine next summer...............yes, I know you'll need a good imagination (especially if you live up this end of the country) but I'm sure you could imagine. Just make sure it's filled in for sunburn for when you go back with a tan.

Employers cant contact your doctor, so if you have doctors handwriting or you can spell properly I imagine most users will get away with it.

I see the same company also does a site selling fake receipts - also for "entertainment purposes only" though no doubt useful for those with expense accounts.
