If Nick Knowles makes a nice job of that house on BBC1, can he be PM? He's slightly more amusing than these 3 dullards

Far too rehearsed so far, predictably. If it doesn't get interesting soon I'll be off to the garage to mend my rear mech.

its quite nice to see politicians talking without interupting each other. Does look rather stale so far though.

It's not much of a debate, just the three leaders making pre-scripted statements. It's like a tame version of question time.

Is the speech all out of synch? I've just seen the first 5 mins on BBC World in Germany - they seemed to tweak it (quite awkwardly) several times during Nick Clegg's opening statements, but it's still not right...

Not watching it, but if anyone could tell what tyres each of them recommend, that would be great!

Gordon looked like he was gona blow earlier - he will need a kip soon though.

Nick Clegg actually seems ok or am I wrong - sounds like he has few ideas at least and making an effort at new ideas.

Seems to be getting a bit more heated now.

Still not much in the way of actual content though.

Got bored after about 5 mins. Dull politicians trotting out dull phrases written by dull civil servants or even duller 'advisors',

For me the most irritating person at the moment is Alistair Stewart...

Surely there's a more effective way of chairing than shouting louder and louder. Has he been drinking? 😉
