[Closed] Online shop overcharged - what rights do I have?

I ordered a guitar from a big online music shop in Germany the other day. It was listed as €382 with free shipping to the UK The only email I got was to say that they had received the order, but it didn't included a summary of what I had ordered. The next email I received had the invoice and confirmation of dispatch, and they've charged me €433 for it. I've emailed them but not had a reponse yet.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them before? I now know why some people take a screenshot of the checkout page!

It's not VAT, german VAT is 19%
It's not FX as he's buying and has been charged in €

how did you pay? If no reply then contact who you used to pay with evidence so they can do a charge back.

Paid by credit card. Will give them a ring. I presume it would have been pre-authorised for a certain amount?
