Can anyone in Peebles or Innerleithin tell me if there is a shop selling camping stove gas with screw on tops for backpacking stoves? Google fu letting me down right now.

There's an outdoor clothing shop on the high street in Peebles.

Out and About should have some. They are across the cuddy bridge, at the bottom of Elcho Street.
Pretty sure the outdoor shop on the High St had a closing down sale a couple of months back.
I would be surprised if any shops in Innerleithen stock them though.
Maybe worth trying the actual campsites? I know that Crossburn Caravan Park (top of Edinburgh Road) sell the large BBQ/patio bottles, so that might be worth a shot?
