Can I buy an area and save it to a sd card and plug the card right into my memory map unit? Or is that far too simple? How much area would I get on a card?

Think it about 500MB per area
Yes plug in sd card select map from MM Menu and open the map from SD card.
This assumes you can port the map over to sd card.
I installed portable MM to my phone and then loaded the maps into the phone SD card via USB cable. I assume you can just copy the map straight to SD card but never tried. Ihave a card reader will try but not home till Saturday to confirm

Thank you.I am about at the "selling it from frustration stage" If I can't put maps onto sd I think I may give up and get something idiot proof.
