Super Hornet, Scotland [/url]

Think I managed to spot Ballachullish , Ardnamurchan & Loch Linhe, although at that speed he's probably ticked off every loch on the west coast

I liked the clapping of hands when flying down the Great Glen then the barrel roll when passing over the Commando Memorial.

As for the music - a damn sight better than the techno-crap on most MTB vids.

Grrrr!
Not the same one, but seems the US Navy were 'playing' a lot that day.
I was slowly grinding up a climb just after Ullapool and suddenly i heard a ripping noise, split second of horror as i thought a car had locked up and was about to skid into the back of me.
But no, then a low flying jet ripped past at head height 200m to my right.

Pretty.

But it seems the Americans don't know how to do low and fast videos.

Ha! Reminds me of the time me a & mate were observers at the Scottish Six Days Trial back in the late 70's somewhere north of Killin. Just as one of the RAF team, who's name escapes me, was riding the section, a Jaguar went over at about 250 ft & about 450 knots, causing said rider to 5 the section, look up & shout 'obscenities' at the low flying jet. ๐Ÿ˜†

Thing that get me with those old videos... it's not like they had their GoPro on a suction mount up there.

Some of those videos are taken with massive tape cameras, hand held, single seat. While flying.

Bonkers

5.45 is Blackwater Resevoir
6.00 is Kinlochleven
6.30 is Ballachulish

The Atlases are going over loads at the moment, really low, they're better than the jets because they're so big.

Sure it has been posted before, but still my favourite. Pilots running commentary makes it for me; "into the overbank.. nnnggg.. 6g..."

The pilot's grandad was a Commando during WW2 & trained at Achnacarry.

I salute you!

Those are all ace but Tom's Mirage dudes FTW! Visiting the Mach loop while I've got time off - just waiting for the weather not to be poop.
