To bare one's own arse = yes.

To obtain 'bare arse' as a commodity = more questionable.

Seriously....

I've been privileged enough to see some professional arse barers at various times in my life. And when done properly, by someone with the skills and technique it is a talent.

But to allow the general public to bare arse willy-nilly. That wouldn't be sensible. Imagine being out at an establishment where the professionals are baring arse. But then a member of the public bares arse in return. Before long someone else will join in and there'll be three groups baring arse. Then a fourth, but are they baring arse at the pro's, or trying to outdo the enthusiastic joiner-inners? Chaos, and red-faces all round.
