been down for a hernia op this afternoon. bloody painfull things aren't they?
anyone had one repaired?

If you are still in hospital, get on the morphine - that'll sort you out!

Mine did not hurt really but I got it sorted when it started to get bigger, I felt great just after the op and the next day, but then I reckon it took about 2 weeks to recover from the general anesthetic. ( just kept falling asleep )
I had a morphine injection in my bottom after my repair. Then I was left imobile with my head wedged in the bars at the top of the bed for an hour or 2. Gotta love QA hospital.
OP - just watch Grease to take your mind off of the pain!
