Perhaps not the clearest of thread titles, but here goes. The single is 'stop your sobbing' by the pretenders, I think it was released in 1979. The cover is a black and white picture of a little boy laughing and holding a pair of shoes, and I'd dearly love a frame-able, decent sized print of it. I've tried all-posters, etc, to no avail, and when I've tried google for images, it comes up, but is far too small. Any advice?
Scan it maybe? Problem you might encounter is getting a decent size printed, as you obviously don't own copyright & places like Prontaprint won't print pictures for which you have no copyright.
My software / printers not good enough. I was wondering if there was anyway I could find out where the original photograph was taken from, looks kind of 1940's / 50's.
Email Sire records and/or Chrissie Hynde?
With a few hours googling/twittering/facebooking/myspacing you should be able to find their contact details.
Take it to a local (smallish) printers - not a high street shop/chain - they will be able to scan it for you.
