due to insomnia (and trying to relive my youth 😉 i just came across this page http://rctoymemories.com/2012/11/16/tomy-digital-derby-auto-raceway-1978/ man i used to have one of these when i were a nipper 😀

kids today don't know they're born e.t.c 😀

I had Astro Wars, Scramble, Firefox... loved the Grandstand games. Still have them actually, though the Astro Wars is dead I think.

Played the first two again at a retro computing fair last year. Managed to complete them both on a first go; still got it. *flexes* (-:

We were hardly ever allowed to play it because there was always something the parents wanted to watch from the massive selection of 3 TV channels we had 😕

seemed to take most of the day to connect it up to the TV and tune in too.

I've still got my atari. along with about 50 games, man it's going to be fun seeing the disgust on the grandchildren's faces in years to come.
