I think it's lost in the dawn of time but anyone remember Maxim Reality spotting a bottle just before it got him in the head, and snatching it out of the air? Coolest man in the world, til the next one arrived while he was still posing and got him right in the cock.

No idea who he is but kudos to him for the catch, also to the thrower as if it was thrown by myself everyone in a 30ft radius would have been covered in warm beer followed by a empty cup floating down.
