Excellent. Probably an issue with his on-line banking accounts which I'm sure the cold caller can fix no problem and it will all be free. Amazing service.

I gave my grandparents a Linux machine for this reason. He still went to their website and downloaded the software which would 'fix' the problem, it just would never install 😀
