Those F&D donuts, we used to get treated to them in the office occasionally by the box load. Cue a vast majority of already obese people gorging on huge balls of fat and sugar. It was honestly obscene gluttony to watch, just so many calories in one hit - or maybe two as there were invariably leftovers (like mine cos I sanctimoniously ate the fruit).
