HELP
Im not receiving two factory authentication or verification emails, even from companies that I do receive emails from using the same email address
I just used to not bother but it’s getting to the stage where I can’t manage without getting them now
If anybody has any ideas as to what I’m missing please point me in the right direction. I have tried to ask google but I suspect I don’t know the right question to ask since I’m not getting any useful information back
It doesn’t seem to matter which email client I use I’m not getting the messages. Does this point the problem to Microsoft somehow?
The most recent missing emails are from Trade Point, trying to create an account (not important) and Nokia, trying to set up a router
I’m using Microsoft for my service provider, Outlook.com or live or whatever they call it now
I use a .me.uk alias, Easily host the domain and have done for decades as email only, that doesn’t include any spam filter
A friend of mine has a me.com email address. Last week when I cc'd him it bounced back. Direct email went fine. So I don't know if some filter has been recently applied that might be affecting you.
