Sometimes it is necessary, isn't it?

Ok. I find your posts inflammatory and geared towards causing the most upset.*

That title is open to being misconstrued.
I have chosen to interpret this use of the word Bush, as being filthy.
please continue... ๐
Well, I like to think that my diplomatic skills are reasonably OK, outside of here obviously, but sometimes one has to indulge in some 'plain speaking'. Yes? No?
Captain - oh no it isn't.
Captain - oh no it isn't.
Oh yes it is...!
See above! ๐
Bush! (s****)
I'm renowned for my lack of bush-beating.

I'm currently in the process of falling head over heels for someone who I guess is a very "plain speaker". It's wonderfully refreshing.
EDIT: Also lol @ bush.
Jeez, you blokes. ๐
Not beating about the bush
Ahhh you shave it off instead, that's cool.
You started it! ๐
oh, thought this was another 50 shades of grey thread. never mind
Oh blimey, have now received a reply to my one-liner and my blood pressure is rising. A family feud is developing, oh joy. ๐ฟ
And, on that note, please make me laugh with lots of silly pics. Thanks!
oh, thought this was another 50 shades of grey thread. never mind
You're better than that, Phil ๐ฅ
I've found that there are plenty of times to be blunt and either state the opinion you have, or to ask the awkward question. Many times when asking the question that seems awkward, the person is quite happy to open up and talk about it.
No point pussying around getting tongue tied when beating about the bush.
Good work there fisha ... ๐
DO ONE
This woman is also not beating about a bush. Someone else did the beating and she is now re-enacting a famous scene from Hamlet, with Bonnie the Golden Retriever as Horatio...
Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio: a fellow
of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy: he hath
borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how
abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at
it. Here hung those lips that I have kissed I know
not how oft. Where be your gibes now? your
gambols? your songs? your flashes of merriment,
that were wont to set the table on a roar? Not one
now, to mock your own grinning? quite chap-fallen?
i'm tired jamie, and i'm distracted by the possibility of a free tattoo, apologies
Oh blimey, have now received a reply to my one-liner and my blood pressure is rising. A family feud is developing, oh joy.
nobody cares, can't you talk about bikes or something less dull?
Sorry to anybody I offended
sometimes one has to indulge in some 'plain speaking'. Yes? No?
Ye-es, but then again no.
Yes, you have to make it plain that you have a specific point that you're trying to construe. No, as in you *still* have to think of their feelings, the poor dears, otherwise they get so stroppy they ignore your obvious point.
See, even then I had to beat around the bush.
And thankfully, I rarely have to beat about the bush any more, I usually know what I'm looking for and where it is...
Are you still riding around Swinley cg?
I feel I'm being over-bantered ๐
A boy in the bush is worth two in the hand
Another first world problem binners.
Wait, are you actually first world tho given you live in North?
the North is categorically out of this world, beyond the lowly confines of worlds 1 while 3.
Lol, was beginning to calm down until my stoopid tubeless valve core decided to go 'ping'. Darn and darn again.
Well you've made me laugh and have learned a lesson in that I should double-check what I post, pretty difficult considering I'm a clean-living sort of gal.
molgrips - no, I've moved away.

...whereas in the south there's such an abundance of bush we have to trim them back...

My wife's clematis was completely hidden by a fast growing bush this summer.
igmc.
Did you ever find it or did she have to live with the disappointment?
#pass me mine, the black one, that's the one, thanks
molgrips - no, I've moved away.
