Nine months ago, I posted about feeling anxious and depressed. Since that time I have made many changes to my life in terms of the way I approach work, manage my family commitments, organise my leisure time and deal with my demons. Whilst I am not out of the woods fully, I am in a better place.

I have had some great support from my family, friends and colleagues - but benefitted from a lot of advice I was given here. So I would like to thank the following for their openness and generosity of spirit. Here's to you... CaptJon, clipper68, kayak23, cinnamon girl, Tandem Jeremy, crikey, globalti, king-ocelot, mrdestructo, sugdenr, jools182, Herman Shake, Hora, xcracer1.

Many thanks for extending a hand to me - you made a real difference.

All the best Tootired.

I've been there, and it's horrible. So glad you are feeling better, and fingers crossed that things keep improving.

Unfortunately, Tandem Jeremy got banned for life. So, he will not be able to help others like he seems to have helped you.

Well done for tackling things head on and making great progress.

And for coming back and saying thanks to those that helped.

I was very close to an edge - saying thank you is the least I can do...

Great News!
It's good to hear 'follow up' stories.

I am rubbish with most kinds of advice, but I know there are lots on here with plenty of good advice and plenty of people who have been through things that other's are also experiencing.

Glad to hear you are in a better place.

Good to hear you are feeling better.

I post up some of my injury/accidents up here and always get great support.

It is always good to post up the 'after' thread to let people know the outcome and a thank you is always good.

Well done.
