I'm heading to Roche for 3/4 days without a bike and would appreciate any recommendations for things to do or see (once I've ticked off the rock), I'm thinking along the lines of:
Nice little beach for a wander and paddle (possibly get wet but not a sea swimmer).
Cool coffee shop.
Nice section of the coastal path to do an out and back walk along.
Sea views.
Ship wrecks, pirates & smugglers.
Somewhere nice to eat without breaking the bank.
Not looking for anything big like the Eden Project.

Go to Gorran Haven.
Quiet little harbour and beach. Ice cream, coffee shop, takeaway and not much else. Costal walk to Mevagissey to the north or Hemmick Beach to the south.
Or you could just spend a the day jumping off the harbour wall if the tide is in.
Possibly my favourite place in Cornwall.
