I used the term 'gay doctor' because the fact that he is gay and the fact that he is a doctor are about the only two things about his background that the program divulged. Then I needed to describe him. No offence intended.
I would have called him the big nosed bin man if that's what he was.

I have been watching it. It's been interesting and even though they have a vessel tracking them they seem to doing a repeat of Captain Blights journey pretty well accurately, it does not look to accomerdating in that boat when the weather is a bit heavy. What it's telling me is the Bligh and his crew that were kicked of his ship were tough and made an incredible journey, 400 mile in an open boat, awesome. If you do any reading on Bligh, he was regarded as a hero by the RN. His reputation only destroyed by Hollywood in the 1950's I believe.

I'm sure it's hilarious in the boat when one guy does a "diary room" piece to camera, slagging off another guy sitting 3 feet away! 😀

Well all I could hear was everyone calling Chris who most certainly was the wrong guy to have in that boat, however he seemed reasonable enough when out of the team player situation. He seemed a competent guy but not at working with others and taking orders, he even had difficulties with being asked to do things. Be his own solo sail round the UK was a good trip.
