By God she's brilliant.

Covering something difficult, once again, humour for children in hospitals. Focusing on the concept of being a clown.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

Been a fan of hers for years. Took me a while to twig who her dad was.

Funny, I've always liked her stuff and only just twigged about her day.

That was great. The charity meeting was painful.

The charity meeting was painful.

It was. Almost as if Sally Phillips was playing the CEO for comedy. Painful.

I'd never heard of the idea of a "Giggle Doctor" before this, but what an utterly brilliant idea! Clowns, in hospitals, to make ill children laugh.

Some of the children's reactions were heartbreakingly beautiful. The power of something as simple as a smile from a seriously ill child....

Brilliant television.

Get to the iPlayer, people. WATCH IT!

Yes it's a good idea but I think Nina's experience goes to show just how hard it is to pitch it correctly. Mrs S reckons drop the title Giggle Doctor and lose the red noses. There are other ways to be funny.

Yep, enjoyed that. Switched it on when I first saw your post.

Cheers Flashy
