As per title really - weekend away with MrsMC who has a birthday on Sunday, what do we know?

Nags head in Garthmyl was always good. Or the Lion in Berriew or Argae Hall golf club if you like big farmer portions!

I've heard good things about the the Dragon Hotel in Montgomery, although I haven't eaten there myself.

On the edge of Welshpool, the Raven Inn. Went on the way back to Herefordshire from Snowdon and was reasonably impressed.
