Just hoping there might be someone on here that knows about these things:
I need to replace a little rechargeable Ni MH battery, which is 4.8V 120mAh
The only replacement I can find is 4.8V 150mAh
Will this work please?

as long as it's physically the same size you should be fine.
It'll last a little longer (say 20%) between charger but take slightly longer (again 20%ish) to charge (assuming charger pushes out a fixed current).
