Can Anyone recommend somewhere good to stay around kielder ish?
Heading up in November for long weekend for some MTB, walking and star gazing.
Self catering preferred unless there's a particularly great non s/c place.
Budget wise - anything within sensible limits!
But pity bump
Heard good stuff about the B&B in Kielder village - 'twenty seven'
The hollybush down in Greenhaugh is good, amazing pub but a bit of a trek from the holm

Forest view hostel over in byrness might suit you a bit more for outdoorsiness/bikes etc. though (theres also a YHA in kielder village)
