You need the photos url you can find this either by right clicking on the photo and selecting properties then copying the url from there or by bringing the photo up in your chosen size and copying the bit where it says 2. Grab the photos url.

The url will look something like this.

If you put [ img] at the start and [/img] at the end you will get this.
