My kids football was leaking air out of the seams so I just injected some Stans..
It seems to have worked .... certainly better than buying a new ball
Any one have other uses for bike stuff (not just sealant) .... (just a bit of fun doesn't need to be practical though I reckon that extra points)

seen one of those kids spinners made out of a bike chain a zip tie and a bearing

Once fixed a leaking combi boiler with inner tube and a cavity wall anchor.
Not permanent but gave us heating and hot water for a few weeks so the new boiler wasn't an emergency job (with emergency rates).
