Obviously linked to the other tram thread debate. In both cases, I reckon the two "innocent" parties are sailing very close to the wind - could easily be charged, even though it seems that neither deserve to be.
In this case the fat racist bird throws the first punch.
The only assault up there is on the girl's part. She goes for him, he tries to hold her at arm's length, whilst telling her to sit down, and eventually, it looks to me like he pushes her down hard, onto a seat for his own protection. Bet that lass punches her weight.
And that's before considering the verbal assault.
