After only 3 months of use, my Etnies have developed a hole. Any recommendations for some hard-wearing casual skate-style shoes.

I like NKE 6.0. My Five Ten Basics have also been super tough - more than my Guide Tennies...

I may not be the best person to ask though as I have a lot of trainers to spread the wear...

Dare I say Nike skate trainers, they seem to do pretty well.

Etnies have been pretty poor of late, i battered through the heels of my last Lo-Cuts in almost record time

I tend to try and stay away from Nike stuff if I can.

New Balance do some nice skate-type shoes now.

Dammit, Etnies have always been pretty good, it'll be a shame if they've gone the way of Vans and dissolve in a few months.

Winter's coming so I'll be switching to boots soon anyway.

I have some of the Adidas Campus and Stan Smith ST models which are more padded and skate styled - but they are a few years old. They have worn well.
