Long shot as they are only just out? But has anybody got one?
Views?
No but I would dearly love one. The GR IV looked pretty nice but this is something else.
If I had the money I would buy one without hesitation.
For opinions of people who actually have one go to the Ricoh forum on dpreview.com - pretty helpful people on there generally.

Amature Photographer and DPReview have there review out in a couple of weeks. Then I'm mac king up my mind.
99% there already ๐
I swapped my film Ricoh GR1 for a digital version, the lens has a very big following and is even respected by Leica lens lovers.
For me the big advantage the Ricoh has over other makes is the camera produces film like noise, so if you like your B&W photography ๐
RAW file recording is painfully slow on mine. I know on later models they have improved this.
It's a bit of a marmite camera, you either love or hate them, worth checking for used marmite haters online ๐
The new one is a very different beast to the older versions.
Same size body and controls but packs a dSLR aps-c sized sensor.
I have a GRD III and one of the things I love about it is how easy it is to use one-handed, so I'm glad they've kept the body design more or less the same (and the interface, too, which is another strong point).
The controls look great, it really does scream out 'mini slr'
