Only been for the day, but there were lots of families there.

Depends what you want for your children. If you want amusement arcades, fairgrounds, matinees then the answer would be no. If you want country walks/rides, rockpools, bracing weather and spectacular views then the answer may be yes. A week of fine weather would certainly help 8)

Its OK but quiet....lots of beaches nearby....Llangrannog, Cymtydu, Tresaith and Penbryn. Similar to Cornwall but not as dramatic.
Also not too far from Aberystwyth and Cardigan.
I used to be the milkman there for 12 months in the mid 90's 😕
