Is it possible to get notifications for replies to posts I've made or commented on?

I've never bothered finding out what "RSS feed for this topic" might do - is it this ?

RSS feed just gives you a err feed you can shove in a reader. There are no notifications.

Refresh button followed by looking usually works for me.

when I've asked a question I tend to keep a tab open with my profile on it and set it to reload every 15 min - that works ok
