Just aquired a second hand porsche boxter from a garage (Evans Halshaw) and having taken it back once already as they'd managed to cock up the electrics, its now developed horrific shuddering in the rear brake. I've done 40 miles in it.
Should this brake problem be fixed at their cost? I assume so?

Most second hand cars from a good dealer have a warranty and a hand it back within 28 days type thing.

Probably been standing a while, either get the brakes warmed up and see if they improve or take it back if unsure. If the discs are rusty they should be cleaned up rather than letting the pads take the rust off.
