Going to try and ease myself back into swimming despite my knee injury, I take it there's no reason why I shouldn't wear a neoprene knee support in the pool is there? I'm guessing it won't soak up the water and get any heavier, so it should be ok shouldn't it?

if anything neoprene will make that leg more bouyant than the other.

Be careful with breaststroke. Well known bad knee causer if done badly or too hard.
If anything, your knee support will float a bit, but I doubt you'll notice it.

I used to be a swimming teacher so I'm fine with technique, but my ruptured PCL can't handle breast stroke legs, very lightly front crawl legs, mainly arm work is the call of the day.
