Has anyone got any recommendations on the above.

Im just looking longterm workwise and i have other courses in hand for my current career but im looking at nebosh for different work down the line.

Any tips or good course providers welcome.

I did the certificate in december with Connaught. They have the highest pass rate for the certificate. Tutors have all been in industry and present very well. They are now asking if i want to do the diploma (distance learning). It might be something i do in a few months once i get used to looking after the H&S side of things at work.

I would use them as they do train you well. Tutors gave us their email addresses in the run up to the exams to keep asking questions if your unsure. Our 2nd tutor even asked us to mail him our results. They want you to pass, they're not just in it for the money.

my opinion is to do the diploma on a day relaese if at all possible. There is a LOT to take in and applying your learning on the other 4 days a week is the best way to make it stick

Not possible unfortunatelly, i work offshore so spend a lot of time away from home. E-Learning is the only way that it will work for me.

My other half is currently working through the Nebosh Diploma with RRC (Rapid Results College, or something like that). They seem to be pretty good and on the whole she has been very happy with them. Mind you, they aren't cheap...

I can ask her for some more feedback on it later tonight if you want.

I'm currently working through the Diploma with ATM Safety.. they're ok, not the best provider.. they leave a lot of the study up to you and provide only a base amount of information.. they do 2 tutorials per module (none for Unit D)

If there are people out there who would be happy to share stuff.. count me in!! with new baby and life this is tough!!!
