I don't think I've ever kept a new years resolution in my life, but I expect I'll have a few again for next year and try.

Typically mine are diet & "exercise program" related, which I log meticulously on an Excel spreadsheet . . . colours, graphs, trends - the lot. (Actually it's the logging bit that usually breaks the camels back, not doing the diet or the exercises 8O)

Maybe I should add one like "don't go on a killing spree". It would be easy to log - Did you go on a killing spree today? "No" , I could even use cut & paste. If I forget to do it for a few days or so it won't matter, 'cos I could probably remember that I didn't kill anyone as far back as a week or two . . . .

To to argue with the people I can, to avoid the ones that I cannot, and to be unable to know the difference
