Left click moves down a page, right click goes up. How to zoom in and/or to read text easier? If I could save a copy (PDF format) I could do this in Acrobat reader, but the menu bar appears to have been disabled.

Just right click instead of left click to open and 'Save As', then you can open in Acrobat reader and do these things

If you're having trouble browsing the PDF - have a go with this, I reckon it's a bit easier... and should load a bit quicker too.
