[Closed] Name that Manu Chao song

Currently away from my music library on a rubbish connection and I'm trying to tell someone what the Manu Chao song I'm thinking of is.
It is more spoken than sung, almost like poetry, is a fairly quiet and slow tune (relative to most of his stuff), and has what sounds like a "ping" (a bit like sonar) going through it.
Please help..........
