It's an American indie(ish) movie about a TV gameshow type thing where contestants are (I think) randomly selected then have to kill each other with cameras following them around.
Possibly has a 5 in the title, came out a few years ago.
Any ideas?
You're not thinking of the Running Man are you? Has Arnie in it? Came out more than a few years ago though.
Sounds like Series 7: The Contenders to me. IIRC that's a FilmFour outing though, I don't recall it being American.

Interestingly, Series 7's plot is considerably closer to the original Running Man premise in the book than the Arnie film was.

I bet that's to its credit - the film of Running Man was absolute bilge compared to the novella.
