Is the sport of choice for the tramps outside of the Novotel Bucharest this morning. It's -5 and there's snow on the ground but this was not enough to stop the woman stripping off her clothes in the street and playing leapfrog with her friends. And no I didn't get any photos before you ask. Security have moved them on but I'll be looking out for them coming back.
