Tell me all about it.

After an of on the snow about two months ago thats the diagnosis. The haemathoma in my quads decided to calcify and become bone like.

Not much painfull in normal use and when taking it easy on rides say 3 hours at 60%.

But wanting to know how you coped. Docs tells me it takes a long time to heal.

No treatment? And says pine will tell you when to stop no pain during the ride but some  3 out of ten afterwards did I go too hard or too long or is that fine?

Tell me all boys and girls the good and the bad.

Ouch! Sounds proper painful with a name like that for the condition.

Ive no experience and I'm not a doctor or physiotherapist, which is why I'd suggest you do some Google-fu to research how appropriate nutrition may aid a speedy recovery. Be open minded and curious and above all, positive.

You may wish to investigate “body tempering” and Active Isolated Stretching” (AIS)
