Weirdo, my first ornament (well uneeded furniture in my case) was a drinks cabinet.

Soma is right though, he need a hat.

I was tempted recently by a giant cutaway eyeball on eBay, but I was overruled. We do have an unnerving foam head left over from a TV commercial that was filmed in our flat - it usually holds hats:

I was thinking a phrenology bust, but I like that dental one!

Now with hat. The only thing around that fitted him.
