Also clicked in the thread with a heavy lump in the stomach but I'm soaring now!!!

Thanks for a great start to the day. A Badger Golden Champion will be drunk in his honour tonight.

Now go give him another hug.

Great news for you and all of your family. I know a lad who had it about 6 years ago and he is a typical 12 year old boy now. Plays football, fights - a 'normal' boy!!!

All the best

Awesome news.

Like MD and others have said already, I read the title and feared the worst.

Will raise a glass to you and your family later this evening.

Nice to read a positive story on cancer! Excellent news for your son and all concerned.

I'd second the notion of a "PFP" to get the weekend started.

You made me well up! Lovely thread, good luck!

I hope he never forgets that every moment was hard won. We have a friend in our cycling group that came back from cancer, he lives every day like it was a prize and makes sure everyone else does. It's infectious.

If every group of friends had someone like this, the world would be a better place.

Skillz. ๐Ÿ˜€
What a lovely time for you all. A friend's daughter was treated for leukaemia from 2 to 5 too, and eight years on she is a fantastic (and healthy!) kid. I remember what a great time it was for them all when her treatment finished: enjoy!
