A highly dangerous environment for young children.
The attention they demand (and deserve) makes tricky situations potentially perilous for the adults manning the boat.
I'd say theu needed a nanny!

I would reckon the social services should take their kids off them on their return.

I've changed my mind now. Fair play to them. Shame the youngest kid probably won't remember much of it.
